QUALITY POLICY

At Mondair Trading Company we strive to build products that can exceed the expectations of users worldwide when put to the ultimate tests. We achieve this through stringent controls at each stage of production using our hi-tech manufacturing environment. Our products are GS approved (TUV & VPA), DIN, ANSI compliant & ISI approved (Bureau of Indian Standards).

HARDNESS TESTING

Suitably tested on HRC and HRB scales.

TORQUE TESTING

Torque Testing is done by Digitally Controlled Machines that strictly meet International Quality Standards like BIS, DIN, and ANSI.

CHEMICAL TESTING

All raw Materials purchased are from renowned steel producers and then further in house tested for exact chemical composition by spectrometer and chemical analysis.

BATCH TESTING

Batch production means that components stay together throughout the manufacturing process from the moment the raw materials are issued to the moment they pass through the final inspection process. This ensures complete traceability all the way back to whom the raw materials were purchased from and who has bought our end products.

INSPECTION

Our Team of inspectors are very experienced, and easily pick up on any cosmetic, mechanical or manufacturing faults if they appear and ensure that the necessary corrective action is taken to prevent it from ever happening again.
